Norton 450 Urban revealed with 454cc engine, 47hp power

Norton ne EICMA 2026 mein apni new 450 Urban ko reveal kar diya hai, jo company ke comeback ke baad first single-cylinder motorcycle hai. Is motorcycle ko 2 different variants mein available karwaya jayega, ek standard road-focused model hoga, whereas second scrambler-style design ke saath aayega. Yeh 450 Urban Norton motorcycle lineup mein as a entry-level model par position ki jayegi. Details of the Norton 450 Urban Norton 450 Urban mein 454cc, liquid-cooled, single-cylinder engine diya gaya hai, jo 8,000rpm par 47hp ki power and 6,000rpm par 45Nm ka torque generate karta hai. Is engine ko 6-speed gearbox ke saath pair kiya gaya hai and quickshifter bhi diya gaya hai. Norton ka kehna hai ki is engine ko linear acceleration and in-gear response ke liye tune kiya gaya hai, jisme low rev range se hi torque available rehta hai.
Both varaints mein same aluminium frame diya gaya hai, other than this front mein fully adjustable 43mm KYB USD fronks dekhe jaa sakte hai, while rear mein KYB monoshock suspension diya gaya hai jisme rebound and preload adjustment ka option bhi milta hai. Braking duties ke liye front mein Bybre ka 320mm disc and rear mein 240mm disc diya gaya hai, iske saath cornering ABS bhi milta hai. Both variants mein 17-inch cast wheels diye gaye hai jo road-focused tyres ke saath aate hai.
450 Urban mein dynamic LED headlights diye gaye hai, other than this traction control, cruise control or three rider modes bhi mil jaate hai. Features ki baat karein so ismein keyless ignition, smartphone connectivity, heated grips or 8-inch TFT touchscreen bhi diya gaya hai. Saath hi USB-C charger or tyre pressure monitoring system (TPMS) jaise features bhi dekhe jaa sakte hai. Norton ne abhi tak 450 Urban ki pricing ya launch timing announce nahi ki hai. hum expect kar rahe hai ki is bike ko India or international markets mein ek saath launch kiya jayega, jo ki 2027 ke second half mein ho sakta hai.
