TVS RTR 125 LC Revealed at EICMA 2026 with 14.7hp engine

TVS ne EICMA 2026 mein Europe ke liye four new products unveil kiye hai. Inmein most attention brand-new RTR 125 LC motorcycle grab kar rahi hai. Other than this other three products electric scooters hai, jinmein se two models already India mein available hai, namely Orbiter and X. However, Europe ke liye TVS ne X electric scooter ke wheel setup mein changes kiye hai. TVS future mein RTR 125 or M1S ko Indian market mein bhi launch kar sakti hai, although at present company ki taraf se aise kisi bhi launch ko lekar koi indication nahi diya gaya hai. RTR 125 LC thoda surprise karne wali bike thi, because first glance mein hi aisa lagta hai ki this is all-new product. Is motorcycle mein 125cc single-cylinder liquid cooled engine diya gaya hai, jo 9,000rpm par 14.7hp of power and 7,000rpm par 12Nm of torque generate karta hai. Engine ko 6-speed gearbox ke saath pair kiya gaya hai, along with a slip-and-assist clutch. Other than this, bike mein trellis frame bhi all-new hai, and cast swingarm bhi new diya gaya hai. Suspension duties ke liye KYB ka setup milta hai, jisme front par 41mm USD froks and rear mein monoshock diya gaya hai. Motorcycle mein 100/80-17 section ka front tyre and 140/70R17 section ka rear tyre milta hai. Braking duties ki baat karein so Bybre ke brakes diye gaye hai, jisme front par 300mm disc and rear mein 240mm disc milta hai. Iske saath dual-channel ABS bhi standard diya gaya hai. TVS iss motorcycle ko ek as a tech-forward beginner motorcycle par position karna chahti hai. Ismein standard 5-inch TFT display diya gaya hai, jo full-screen map mirroring ko support karta hai. Other than this ride modes bhi standard milte hai. RTR mein Bluetooth connectivity ke saath smartphone connectivity ka feature bhi diya gaya hai, jisse riders apne smartphone ko motorcycle ke saath connect kar sakte hai.
RTR 125 LC ke saath TVS ne Europe ke liye Orbiter, X or M1S electric scooters bhi debut kiye hai, Orbiter mein Indian version ke comparison mein koi changes nahi kiye gaye hai, while X electric scooter ko ab 14-inch wheels ke saath upgrade kiya gaya hai, whereas India mein iska 12-inch wheel setup milta hai. M1S ek aisa product hai jo abhi Indian market mein available nahi hai. Is electric scooter mein 4.2kWh battery pack diya gaya hai, jo ek electric motor ko power karta hai. Yeh motor 12.5kWh ki peak power generate karne mein capable hai, while iska WMTC-certified range 120km ka hai.
TVS ne abhi tak in all four products ki pricing reveal nahi ki hai, or company inki prices ko launch ke around announce kar sakti hai. In products ke launch timelines ko lekar bhi abhi koi confirmation nahi diya gaya hai. India launch ki baat karein so RTR 125 or M1S at present Indian market mein aate hue nazar nahi aa rahe hai, but TVS next year apna decision change kar sakti hai. However, agar RTR 125 LC Indian market mein launch hoti hai, so iske features ko dekhte hue yeh TVS ke lineup mein kaafi higher price segment mein position ho sakti hai.
