Chinese brands ki rapid expansion ki baat karein so ab European automotive industry ke Big Three, Volkswagen, Stellantis or Renault, ek common cause ke liye saath aate hue dekhe jaa sakte hai. But yahan par yeh companies ek saath jointly cars develop karne ke liye collaborate nahi kar rahe hai, rather apne efforts ko combine karke European Union par pressure create karne ki try kar rahe hai. Industry ki baat karein so if coming years mein urgent measures nahi liye gaye, so automotive industry ke liye situation kaafi challenging ho sakti hai. In response to the Chinese challenge, European manufacturers comes together 2026 Paris Motor Show ki baat karein so yeh industry ke three giants ke liye ek perfect stage prove hua hai, jo Old Continent mein manufacture hone wali every 10 mein se at least 6 cars ke liye responsible hai, and once again yahan par in three manufacturers ki taraf se ek common message present kiya gaya hai. Back in June News portal Motor.es they report that a joint declaration in favour of "Made in Europe", jismein kuch very clear principles ko highlight kiya gaya tha. First, EU ko local production ko favour karna chahiye through "realistic requirements", so that European manufacturers ko apni manufacturing ko region mein grow karne ki better opportunity mil sake. Other than this, rules mein foreign manufacturers, especially Chinese automakers, ke comparison mein cost differences ko bhi account kiya jaana chahiye. And sirf physical components ko hi nahi, rather car ke European origin ko deternine karte time other factors ko bhi consider kiya jaana chahiye. It is important to keep in mind that Volkswagen, Stellantis or Renault in three mainstream cars ke major manufacturers hai, or yeh companies high-volume cars par heavily depend karti hai. Inke paas Europe mein kaafi heavy industrial structures bhi hai jo large scale production ko support karte hai. In other words, inki profitability luxury cars manufacture karne par based nahi hai, rather inhe hundreds of thousands of cars produce or sell karni padti hai, wo bhi at least affordable prices par. But abb jo upcoming regulations hai, along with the current market conditions, wo inke iss business model ke liye ek major challenge create kar rahe hai or is business model ko risk mein daalte hue dekha jaa sakta hai. That is why these manufacturers abb apne size, and market position ka advantage le rahe hai and change the conditions of Europe's transition towards electric cars. European automotive industry ke liye 2030 or 2035 ke deadlines kaafi important hai, or calendar mein in both years ko red mark karke dekha jaa sakta hai.

Flexibility with the emissions standard and more local content EU ki regulations ki baat karein so manufacturers ko apni new car fleets ke average CO2 emissions ko limit karna important kar diya gaya hai. 2030 tak 2021 ke average CO2 emissions ke comparison mein 55 percent reduction achieve karna hoga, while 2035 tak is target ko 100 percent tak le jaana hai. Although European Commission ki taraf se already hints diye jaa chuke hai that this 2035 target could be revised to 90 percent, which means future mein automakers ko emissions regulations ke according apni strategy mein changes karne pad sakte hai. Local production requirements ko lekar European "Big Three" manufacturers ke kehna hai, especially when compared to the three major North American manufacturers, that public aid or regulatory advantages unhi cars ko milne chahiye jinki production European automotive industry ke inside sufficient value generate karti hai. Stellantis, VW or Renault ka believe hai ki sirf physical components ko hi value nahi di jaani chahiye, rather engineering, research or development jaise activities ko bhi importance di jaani chahiye, instead of focusing only on manufacturing. Message clear hai ki Chinese brands abb Europe mein cars ki manufacturing ya assembly start karne ke liye apne efforts ko accelerate kar rahe hai, or in regulations ka benefit bhi unhe mil sakta hai. However, major European manufacturers yeh ensure karna chahte hai ki added value sirf car ki manufacturing ya assembly se hi nahi, rather Europe mein unke employees ke pehle se kiye gaye work or efforts se bhi generate ho.

Renault warns of a 300,000 car reduction in Europe Manufacturers ki taraf se pressure toh dekha hi jaa raha hai, ab political level par bhi Germany or France ek saath aate hue nazar aa rahe hai, jahan both countries Europe par pressure bana rahe hai. 2035 ke combustion-engine ban ko lekar chal rahi discussions ke between, unka believe hai ki 90 percent ka target sufficient nahi hai or 2030 tak hi urgent measures lene ki need hai. Is Franco-German alliance ki baat karein so yeh wo partnership ho sakti hai jo actually change laane mein important role play kar sakti hai and European leaders par necessary pressure create kar sakti hai. Renault ne bhi recent days mein ek step further jaate hue ek strong warning issue ki hai. French firm ke CEO Francois Provost ne kaha ki China par impose kiye gaye hybrid car quota ko defend kiya hai. Furthermore, unhone warn kiya hai ki agar 2030 regulations ko lekar greater flexibility nahi di jaati hai, so Europe mein car production mein up to 3 lakh units ki cut dekhi jaa sakti hai. Manufacturers agar apne entire fleet ki average emissions ko reduce karne mein fail hote hai, so unhe combustion engine cars ki sales ko limit karna pad sakta hai, despite the fact that these cars ki demand abhi bhi market mein bani hui hai. Iska direct impact manufacturers ke production volumes par dekha jaa sakta hai, or saath hi factories ki overall profitability bhi affect ho sakti hai. The result? Renault or other European brands par bhi iska impact dekha jaa sakta hai, jahan thousands of workers ki jobs jaa sakti hai and even kuch factories ko permanently close karne ki situation bhi aa sakti hai.
